A little about me...

I gained a BA from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York and explored many areas of the arts including ceramics. I then received a MFA from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. After graduate school I worked as a designer and also as a fine artist. I enjoyed doing both, but always wished there was something in the middle. It was in 2015 that I rediscovered ceramics. The blend of using my fine art and design education while incorporating function felt like the missing link to my creative journey.
I work out of my home studio in Los Angeles, California where I built a gas cone 10 reduction kiln and mix my own glaze recipes. My pieces are hand made on the wheel and hand built. Each piece is signed on the bottom with a personal stamp. The pieces are then bisque and glaze fired at my studio.
